How do I start chatting?
Poola is launching soon on the App Store. Join the waitlist at poola.ai and you'll be among the first to pick a character and say hi.
How do bonds and unlocks work?
The more you chat, the higher your bond grows — Guarded → Warming → Open → Bonded. New posts and photos unlock as you get closer.
How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by the Apple App Store. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone to view, change, or cancel.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app and go to Settings → Delete Account. You can also email me and I'll take care of it.
